BOOKINGS POLICY
Please read our bookings policy carefully
NO DEPOSIT – NO BOOKING
All bookings are secured once a deposit has been received. We are unable to reserve dates without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
If you are unable to attend your booking, one reschedule is permitted. Minimum 7 days’ notice required. New date must be within 2 months of original booking
Failure to attend without notice will result in loss of deposit.
Vehicle Condition:
Please ensure your vehicle’s interior is presented in a clean and tidy condition on arrival. Excessively dirty interiors or pre-existing damage may affect installation time or finish.
Previous modifications:
We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by pre-existing electrical modifications, aftermarket accessories, or previous wiring work carried out by third parties.
